Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

Description of the apprenticeship role:

As an apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced professionals while gaining valuable skills in your chosen field. You'll split your time between on-the-job learning and classroom-based study, leading to nationally recognised qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shadow team members and assist with day-to-day tasks
• Attend structured training sessions to develop technical knowledge
• Participate in projects and support operational duties
• Record and report progress to supervisors and training assessors
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment

Desirable qualifications

GCSE in:

• English (grade 4)
• Maths (grade 4)

Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.

Other requirements

This job can be dirty as transmissions arrive straight from sight, but we have specialist cleaning facilities and equipment, we also provide PPE for all employees. This can be strenuous work with heavy lifting, so we have mechanical lifting equipment to assist you.
