An exciting opportunity to join a long-established IT & Telecoms business located near Bolton town centre. The position will enable career development and experience of real-world technical solution designs and deployment through to supporting and maintaining customers UK wide.

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

- Cyber Security
- CRM Systems
- Setting up new equipment
- Maintenance of equipment
- Fault finding and testing
- Remote service calls diagnosing
- Inspection of equipment
- Firmware & software installation on devices
- Visiting customer sites alongside senior engineer to help with installations and repairs

- Apply organisational policies and legislation in relation to security requirements, privacy, and confidentiality.
- Communicate using a variety of tools and approaches, adapting language for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Apply continuous professional development CPD to support their own learning, business needs and technical developments.
