What you'll do at work
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing Apprentice to join our growing marketing team here at Chambers. In this role, you will support the planning, creation, and execution of our marketing campaigns. You’ll gain real world experience with our email marketing platform (Pardot/Salesforce).
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop marketing skills, if you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and are keen to learn.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with the Email Marketing Specialists to manage the email marketing scheduling
- Help develop targeted email campaigns, including segmentation, personalisation, and A/B testing
- Help maintain data quality
- Assist with managing data requests that we receive from the wider business
- Analyse email results, identify trends, and identifying areas for improvement
- Assist with campaign set up and management
- Ensure all Chambers email communications fall in line with Chambers brand guidelines and tone of voice

What you'll learn
Course contents
- Develop or interpret briefs for external or internal stakeholders and measure delivery in-line with the specification and agreed timelines
- Plan and coordinate a marketing activity using marketing tactics to acquire and retain one or more customer segments using available resources.
- Contribute to the generation of innovative and creative approaches across video, images, and other formats, both online and offline, to support campaign development.
- Use research/survey software to gather audience insight and/or evaluation to support the project.
- Use copywriting techniques to write persuasive text/copy to meet a communications objective ensuring it is in-line with organisational brand guidelines.
- Build and implement multi-channel campaigns across a variety of platforms, either offline or digital media.
- Proofread marketing copy ensuring it is accurate, persuasive and is on brand.
- Use software to design and create marketing assets to meet the technical specification.
- Contribute to the research of external suppliers to support recommendations and procurement of marketing goods and services.
- Organise offline and digital assets ensuring they are co-ordinated and legally compliant.
- Use a website content management system to publish text, images, and video/animated content.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to support marketing activities such as project/budget planning and organisation of marketing assets.
- Use technology and software packages to support day to day activities, e.g., stakeholder communications, development of briefs, data analysis, report writing, presentations and project management.
- Identify and use data and technologies to achieve marketing objectives.
- Monitor and amend campaigns to meet budget requirements including time and monetary costs.
- Review campaigns regularly to ensure effectiveness, to optimise the results.

- Use data analysis tools to record, interpret and analyse customer or campaign data.

Your training plan
LDN's training course will be structured as follows:
- Induction - the training course commences with a full-day induction into the Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship
- Online Learning - Apprentices undertake a series of online learning lessons. This content is custom built by LDN specifically for the Multi-Channel Marketer programme.
- Coaching - a Multi-Channel Marketer Skills Coach will meet with their assigned apprentice once a month to provide coaching support and to help them define their work-related projects.
- Development Days - Full-day in-person workshops are scheduled every six months. A good opportunity for apprentices to meet their fellow apprentices and Skills Coaches face-to-face and hear from guest speakers at the LDN London office.
- End Point Assessment - Each apprentice will complete two assessments towards the end of the training programme - this consists of: Written project with presentation and an interview underpinned by a portfolio of evidence.
- Achievement - Once apprentices have completed the 16 months of training, they will achieve their L3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, as well as any required Functional Skills qualifications.
