Summary
We are seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Trainee Envelope Machine Adjuster. You will learn to set up, operate, and maintain high-speed envelope manufacturing machines under the guidance of experienced adjusters.

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
- Assist senior adjusters in setting up and operating envelope folding machines
- Learn to make mechanical adjustments to ensure machines are running efficiently and producing high-quality products
- Monitor machine performance and quality of output throughout production runs
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance under supervision
- Follow safety and quality control standards at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Document production data and report issues to supervisors
- Participate in training programs and on-the-job learning opportunities
