Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
Key Accountabilities:
- Customer Service
- Communicate with corporate clients making referrals to us
- Contact with clients by phone and in writing to book in therapy assessments and treatment sessions
- Take incoming calls from and be supportive of patients enquiring about their treatment
- Contact therapy clinics to obtain details of treatment sessions attended by each patient
- Maintain and develop relationships with network clinics and associate Therapists
- Be caring and considerate to all those involved with our business
Administration
- Assist in managing the team email inbox
- Filing emails from patients, clients, network clinics and Associate Therapists
- Allocating matters to the appropriate team member (where appropriate) and in line with Sparta Health procedures
- Allocate invoices and match them against records on our case management system
- Add new referrals to, and maintain records on our case management system
- Carry out data cleansing processes, in line with procedures, on records in our case management system
- Issue and Obtain relevant consents from all patients referred for treatment

- Source and migrate data from already identified different sources.
- Collect, format and save datasets.
- Summarise and explain gathered data.
- Blend data sets from multiple sources and present in format appropriate to the task.
- Manipulate and link different data sets as required.
- Use tools and techniques to identify trends and patterns in data.
- Apply basic statistical methods and algorithms to identify trends and patterns in data.
- Apply cross checking techniques for identifying faults and data results for data project requirements.
- Audit data results.
- Demonstrate the different ways of communicating meaning from data in line with audience requirements.
- Produce clear and consistent technical documentation using standard organisational templates.
- Store, manage and distribute in compliance with data security standards and legislation.
- Explain data and results to different audiences in a way that aids understanding.
- Review own development needs.
- Keep up to date with developments in technologies, trends and innovation using a range of sources.
- Clean data i.e. remove duplicates, typos, duplicate entries, out of date data, parse data (e.g. format telephone numbers according to a national standard) and test and assess confidence in the data and its integrity.
- Operate as part of a multi-functional team.
- Prioritise within the context of a project.

- All training will be delivered online by Wise Origin, offering flexible, expert-led instruction with interactive sessions and digital resources. This ensures apprentices can develop their skills while balancing work commitments

- Hybrid working - 9-5 but flexible
- London, Reading & Sutton areas preferred to travel for social gatherings and team days
- First 2 weeks on site in London, meet the team and sessions with every department
- Working in a small team of 4 – reporting to Head of Ops
Requirements
Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- English (grade Grade 4 or above)
- Mathematics (grade Grade 4 or above)
