Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Services Administrator Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in the financial services industry, gaining hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification.

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
- Provide administrative support to the financial advisor and other team members
- Assist with processing client documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Handle client queries by phone, email, or in person in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Support with preparing reports, client reviews, and other documentation
- Update CRM and database systems with client and transaction information (Full training will be given)
- Liaise with product providers to obtain policy information or updates
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks

- Customer communication & relationships: Develops effective relationships with customers & key contacts, handling & resolving issues through effective verbal/written/IT skills.
- Team working & collaboration: Understands role within team & impact on others. Consistently endeavours to support colleagues & collaborate to achieve results
- Planning & prioritising: Consistently adheres to systems & processes using proficient IT skills, including risk, regulatory and governance requirements
Your training plan
You will work towards your:
Financial Services Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship.
Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII). (if applicable).
Training will be via Davies, virtually. 6 hours per week of off-the-job training.

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- English (grade 5/B or above)
- Maths (grade 5/B or above)
