Summary

Oasis Academy Broadoak are seeking to appoint highly motivated teaching assistants to join our School, working with students in mainstream lessons supporting them to access lessons and achieve their full potential. The ability to be flexible, as well as to build good working relationships with students and staff is a key requirement.

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

Identify and respond to pastoral and academic behaviours in learners.
Provide feedback to learners.

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

Maths and English (grade 4)
