Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
- Join our Lean Manufacturing Apprenticeship and get hands-on making wire rope assemblies!
- You will cut ropes to size, operate machines and presses, maintain tools, follow safety procedures, and work with the team to hit targets.
- Document your work and help keep production running smoothly.
