Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

  • Join our Lean Manufacturing Apprenticeship and get hands-on making wire rope assemblies!
  • You will cut ropes to size, operate machines and presses, maintain tools, follow safety procedures, and work with the team to hit targets.
  • Document your work and help keep production running smoothly.

  • End Point Assessment at the end of the apprenticeship

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

A Min of 5 GCSE's inc English & Maths (grade 5-9 / C-A*)
