This is your chance to step into the world of brand-building, content creation, and social media strategy — all while being the face of one of the UK’s most exciting cookie gifting brands. you’ll be at the heart of Crumbs’ digital presence, helping us grow. From being in front of the camera filming fun, on-brand skits, to managing our content.

£14,526.20 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age

Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

  • MUST be the face of Crumbs on TikTok, Instagram, Linkedin and any other future social platforms.
  • Required to be in short-form content (Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes, skits)
  • Research and track social media trends to inspire new content ideas
  • Pitch content concepts weekly to the founders
  • Manage and schedule content using our content calendar
  • Join the team in London once per week for filming.
  • Reach out to potential creators, brands, and partners for collabs and gifting (outreaching)
  • Support seasonal campaigns, launches, and brand moments.
  • Dedicate one day per week to apprenticeship learning/study
  • Attending Events such as Pop-ups, Networking and brand collaboration

What you'll learn

Course contents
  • Develop or interpret briefs for external or internal stakeholders and measure delivery in-line with the specification and agreed timelines
  • Plan and coordinate a marketing activity using marketing tactics to acquire and retain one or more customer segments using available resources.
  • Contribute to the generation of innovative and creative approaches across video, images, and other formats, both online and offline, to support campaign development.
  • Use research/survey software to gather audience insight and/or evaluation to support the project.
  • Use copywriting techniques to write persuasive text/copy to meet a communications objective ensuring it is in-line with organisational brand guidelines.
  • Build and implement multi-channel campaigns across a variety of platforms, either offline or digital media.
  • Proofread marketing copy ensuring it is accurate, persuasive and is on brand.
  • Use software to design and create marketing assets to meet the technical specification.
  • Contribute to the research of external suppliers to support recommendations and procurement of marketing goods and services.
  • Organise offline and digital assets ensuring they are co-ordinated and legally compliant.
  • Use a website content management system to publish text, images, and video/animated content.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets to support marketing activities such as project/budget planning and organisation of marketing assets.
  • Use technology and software packages to support day to day activities, e.g., stakeholder communications, development of briefs, data analysis, report writing, presentations and project management.
  • Identify and use data and technologies to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and amend campaigns to meet budget requirements including time and monetary costs.
  • Review campaigns regularly to ensure effectiveness, to optimise the results.
  • Measure and evaluate campaign delivery to identify areas for improvement.
  • Use data analysis tools to record, interpret and analyse customer or campaign data.

Your training plan

Study Time: Participants allocate one day per week to their studies, including one mandatory in-person session per month in CPD technical training centre in the heart of Brighton (you must travel in person) the remainder of the study is conducted virtually and through self-directed learning.

What we are looking for: • Confidence on camera is a MUST (Be the face of CRUMBS) • Someone who takes initiative and contributes ideas • Obsessed with TikTok trends, Instagram aesthetics, and social media culture • Eager to learn, take feedback, and grow into a leadership role • Excited about brand building and joining a small business • Experience in content creating is preferred (not essential) • Organised and reliable – can manage time, tasks, and scheduling • Great written communication – from captions to comms • Comfortable representing Crumbs in person – at shoots, events, or brand activation Must travel to Brighton once a month

After this apprenticeship

If you thrive in this role and help grow the Crumbs brand, there’s a clear path to step into a full-time Marketing Manager position where you'd not only lead creative campaigns but also manage future team members as we expand. You'll be building something from the ground up, with the opportunity to shape Crumbs' voice across all platforms and eventually take ownership of the entire marketing department. This is more than a role, it's a chance to grow into a leadership.
