Summary
This apprenticeship is for anyone wishing to get into a career providing ICT Support. The apprenticeship will involve providing IT support, together with learning technical skills involving Windows, PC’s, Laptops, Classroom AV, Wi-Fi, Infrastructure, Applications and Microsoft Office 365.

Work

What you'll do at work
- Providing IT Support to staff and students, working with the Network Manager and a central team
- Maintaining SLA’s and meeting KPI’s
- Fixing hardware and softweare issues
- Speaking with 3rd parties and suppliers to provide useful IT solutions

- Apply continuous professional development CPD to support their own learning, business needs and technical developments.
