The Druck service business is focused on calibrating and repairing pressure sensing and control products, used in Aerospace, Subsea, Industrial and Automotive applications. Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Performing calibrations to UKAS standard on various Druck products-
- Pressure
- Temperature
- Humidity
- Electrical
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults
- Repair electrical and mechanical faults
- Shadowing experienced technicians
- Spending time in production areas gaining experience on building new product
- Provide updates on progress to leaders and/or customer care organisation
- Take part in lean A3 activity to improve services efficiency

- Apprentices attend Loughborough College 1 day per week, during term time where they will study set units that map directly into the apprenticeship.

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
5 subjects including Maths, English and Science (grade C / 4 or equivalent)Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have. They can adjust the apprenticeship to reflect what you already know.
