Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and a desire to grow their skills in software development. You will provide first-line software support while receiving hands-on training in a variety of development tools and technologies.

Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

Provide software support to clients and internal users.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Participate in the development and maintenance of web applications.
Learn and contribute to ERP system development using HansaWorld HAL.
Support the creation of reports using Crystal Reports.
Work with databases using MS SQL.
Gain experience in .NET development.

Build advanced skills and technical grounding to design, test and maintain software and web systems.
Receive training on end-to-end software dev stack, as opposed to hyper-focusing on one area of development.
Develop more advanced applications.

Tools and technologies learned: Learners will learn to use HTML5, JavaScript and CSS3.
