Summary
This is a full-time role with a primary focus on supporting the Finance Manager in the day-to-day financial operations of the business. The successful candidate will also collaborate with the wider operations and marketing teams, playing a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our multi-site retail business.

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
- Assist with weekly upload of supplier purchase orders and maintain supplier records
- Support weekly cash counting procedures
- Process Floom sales into Vector (our EPOS system)
- Assist with scanning, coding and archiving invoices and receipts
- Support receipt processing and general bank activity tracking
- Contribute to data entry on the Accruals & Prepayments Tracker
- Assist with client invoicing and the processing of HTA paper vouchers
- Help with supplier payment run preparation and invoice coding in Dext (as needed)
