Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

- To attend Bradford College when required
- Show commitment to studies and represent AESSEAL as an employer
- Complete all work in a timely and professional manner
- Uphold AES standards, culture and values during working hours
- Undertake ‘buddy’ days at AESSEAL where required
- Undertake responsibilities assigned to you in your new job role in years 2 - 4
