What you'll do at work
A Financial Services Administrator provides essential administrative support within our firm, ensuring a high-quality, compliant service for clients and colleagues.
You will handle various tasks on a day-to-day basis, which include:
- Sending out letters
- Calling providers for updates on cases
- Scanning documentation onto computer
- Shredding all paper work that has been scanned
- Sending birthday cards
- Dealing with the advisers emails
This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our financial business and often involves direct interaction with clients and other colleagues.
