We are offering a chance to learn the Proclaim case management system from the ground up, within a fast-paced, supportive business that thrives on internal development and career progression.

As a Proclaim Support Technician, you'll become an integral part of our Proclaim Development team. You'll gain hands-on experience with Proclaim, learning how to interpret user and stakeholder requirements and transform them into functional, stable solutions. Your learning journey will teach you the art of gathering requirements to implementation and support, providing you with a holistic view of how IT enables business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning to navigate and configure the Proclaim system to meet client and internal needs
  • Supporting the design and rollout of automated workflows and document templates
  • Analysing user requests and collaborating with colleagues to provide effective solutions
  • Delivering a high standard of user support and troubleshooting technical issues with confidence
  • Participating in system testing, deployment, and continual improvement processes
  • Developing your skills in scripting, logic flows, and basic database interactions

Requirements

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

5 GCSE's including English and Maths (grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent)
