Working alongside our experienced management team, the front of house apprentice will support across the full range of Harewood Food and Drink Provision activities.

This will offer lots of opportunities to develop their skill set across a wide range of different service styles, all set amongst the backdrop of one of the North’s finest venues and locations, the Harewood Estate.

The Harewood Food & Drink Project have developed a reputation for innovation, a commitment to sustainability and a strong following, built around the success of our fine-dining events.

Events such as Hidden Harewood, Dining Room at the Hovels and Dinner in the Woods have all received widespread critical acclaim for being some of the most unique and talked about events in the UK.

In addition to this we also own the popular Muddy Boots Cafe & Bistro in the heart of Harewood Village which has become an extremely popular meeting point for people coming from far and wide. The cafe runs 7 days a week and also opens for its regular bistro evenings.

The last couple of years has since a strong emphasis on developing the private catering arm of the business, with a food-led wedding offer in particular becoming an increasingly key activity for the business.

All of the above activity is carried out with a commitment to utilising as much Estate sourced produce as possible.

The Harewood Estate is blessed with some exceptional produce, from the animals that graze the land, through to the wild foods that we forage, and the fruits and vegetables grown in our gardens. We have an incredible natural larder on our doorstep to work with.
