Summary

Monitor, analyse and report on Customer Satisfaction KPIs and trends to inform Customer action plans. Support CX Quality Assurance Manager with process compliance reporting (e.g. incentive programme follow-up, battery management processes etc)

Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

  • Deliver weekly and monthly insight reporting, highlighting key trends, changes
  • Provide monthly update on verbatim analysis on painpoints by brand for sales and service
  • Deep-dive into root causes of customer painpoints
  • Work with ISIT to simplify and automate reporting
  • Provide weekly follow-up of new model ratings (Drive to Five) highlighting under-performing dealers for follow-up
  • Contribute to preparation of RUK and Corporate presentations (e.g. Board report, Customer Connection, Group reviews, Customer Committee)
  • Assist with dealer queries via CNQR and respond within SLA timeframes

  • Apply basic statistical methods and algorithms to identify trends and patterns in data.
  • Apply cross checking techniques for identifying faults and data results for data project requirements.
  • Audit data results.
  • Demonstrate the different ways of communicating meaning from data in line with audience requirements.
  • Produce clear and consistent technical documentation using standard organisational templates.
  • Store, manage and distribute in compliance with data security standards and legislation.
  • Explain data and results to different audiences in a way that aids understanding.
  • Review own development needs.
  • Keep up to date with developments in technologies, trends and innovation using a range of sources.
  • Clean data i.e. remove duplicates, typos, duplicate entries, out of date data, parse data (e.g. format telephone numbers according to a national standard) and test and assess confidence in the data and its integrity.
  • Operate as part of a multi-functional team.
  • Prioritise within the context of a project.

Your training plan

Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship Standard qualification, which includes:

  • Level 2 functional skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)
  • You will receive full training and support from the Just IT
  • Training and training location to be confirmed

Essential qualifications

GCSE or equivalent in:

English & Maths (grade 4/C - 9/A*)
