Our apprentices also attend college weekly to obtain technical certificates and a BTEC diploma in performing engineering operations. The role involves milling, turning, grinding.

Your training plan

  • Apprentices will undertake the Engineering Operative Level 2
  • Apprenticeship Standard and might get an opportunity to continue your development with Level 3 Engineering Technician
  • As well as, completing maths and English Functional Skills, if required

This course is delivered using blended delivery model, an apprentice will spend a day per week at Bradford College undertaking classroom based learning in addition to regular workplace assessments.

GCSE or equivalent in:

  • English (grade 4/C)
  • Maths (grade 4/C)
