Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

  • Engage with guests to assist them during their stay
  • Maintain a consistent presence in the lobby
  • Handle guest arrivals, check-ins, departures, and maintain the appearance of the lobby and entrance
  • Seek opportunities to improve the guest experience through feedback

  • All of your training will be completed within the workplace.
  • You will be working towards the Level 2 Hospitality Team Member apprenticeship qualification
