We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to support our busy team with a variety of administrative tasks. From managing documents and handling correspondence to scheduling appointments and assisting with day-to-day operations, you'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly.
You’ll also be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, so excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner are a must. Your interactions will take place across multiple platforms—including face-to-face, telephone, email, post, text, and even social media—giving you the chance to build strong client service skills.

- Perform general clerical duties
- Reception, answering switchboard, meeting and greeting clients
- Maintain accurate records through data entry
- Organise office supplies
- Retrieve and return upon request files

- Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy
