Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

  • Provide administrative support to the Advisers and Paraplanners
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence from providers and clients professionally
  • Develop working understanding of Provider and in house systems
  • Process transactions and trade requests across our preferred platforms
  • Build knowledge of products and providers
  • Process new business from the adviser team
  • Creating client portfolio valuations

  • Customer communication & relationships: Develops effective relationships with customers & key contacts, handling & resolving issues through effective verbal/written/IT skills.
  • Team working & collaboration: Understands role within team & impact on others. Consistently endeavours to support colleagues & collaborate to achieve results
  • Planning & prioritising: Consistently adheres to systems & processes using proficient IT skills, including risk, regulatory and governance requirements

Your training plan

The successful candidate will complete a financial admin Level 3 Apprenticeship standard

Essential qualifications

GCSE or equivalent in:

  • Maths (grade 4-9)
  • English (grade 4-9)
