Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Dealing with customers by phone, email and face-to-face.
- Generating reports for our use and reporting to our regulators.
- Online learning of 30 mins per week alongside your apprenticeship course.
