We've an exciting opportunity to join our supportive, friendly, fast paced team as a recruitment resourcer apprentice. You'll support our team by speaking to candidates, right to work and DBS checks, reference chasing and much more, all whilst gaining a qualification!

We are paying £7 per hour, but in addition to this we will also pay your travel costs to and from work.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Responsibilites / Job Duties:
- Recruitment outreach
- Face to face interviewing
- DBS check
- Reference Chasing
- Adding candidates to our training matrix
- Making candidates Pro formas
- Right to work checks
- Adding candidates to our own employment tracker
- Employment history checks

- You will work towards the Recruitment Resourcer Level 2 qualification
- A mixture of online and face to face learning with 20% off the job training
- There is also the opportunity to complete Functional Skills English and maths alongside the apprenticeship if you have not met the grade 4/C in these subjects

Desirable qualifications
GCSE or equivalent in:
- English & maths (grade 4/C)
Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have. They can adjust the apprenticeship to reflect what you already know.
