Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
- Undertake the Building Surveying Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship and any other relevant training in order to provide support to the Property Services Team
- Assisting with Surveys: Participating in building surveys, gathering data, and creating reports
- Analysing building designs, assessing structural integrity, and identifying potential issues
- Project Management: Helping with project planning, cost estimation, and managing schedules
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations, health and safety standards, and other legal requirements
- Creating detailed reports, drawings, and other documentation related to building surveys and projects
- Conducting site inspections, observing construction processes, and ensuring quality control
