  • To respond to calls placed for faults on digital document equipment
  • To fault find and repair digital document equipment
  • To repair all digital document equipment in the most cost effective manner
  • To carry out preventative maintenance calls at customers sites as directed by the Service Control Centre

  • Any other reasonable duties as requested by the Area Team Leader or Service Control Centre

No formal qualifications required but assessment will be carried out at interview to determine whether this programme is suitable. Previous work experience is required as this will be a supervisory role.

The National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £3.30 per hour from the 1st October 2015. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged over 19 in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training
