As an Apprentice Food & Beverage Assistant,  you will learn the skills to become an accomplished member of the team, who will be able to work in confidently in a restaurant environment.  You will study and achieve a NVQ Diploma in Food & Beverage Service Level 2. You will work alongside an experienced team who will instruct and train you while you work. You will also be assessed in the workplace completing all your training and learning within work

Other information

From October 1st 2015 the National Minimum Wage (NMW) for Apprentices is £3.30 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old Apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other Apprentices the National Minimum Wage appropriate to their age applies. The wage for Apprentices applies to both time spent on the job plus time spent training.
