    Wages explained

    The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year.
    Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year.
    The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over.
    Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

We are looking for enthusiastic and hungry individuals who are keen to develop a career in a fast pace, dynamic industry that is extremely financially rewarding.

The candidate will undertake a thorough training course; being taught how to deal with clients and candidates both on the telephone and face to face. We will develop your ability to interact and communicate with people in a pressurised situation.

Day to day responsibilities will include speaking to candidates in order to find out their availability for jobs and formatting CV’s. It will also involve support for the current consultants in terms of administration.

  • Support the consultants with administration work

The current National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £3.30 per hour from the 1st October 2015. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged over 19 in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.
