Dealing with customer enquiries ordering parts for both workshop and trade counter.

Using Sage 50 accounts to create invoices and stock input.

You will be working alongside our Parts Supervisor who will be retiring next year so full training will be provided and the opportunity for promotion to take full control of the parts department will become available once the supervisor has retired.

The role will involve administration duties such as:

  • Order processing
  • Communicating via email and telephone with customers
  • Creating Invoices

From October 1st 2015 the National Minimum Wage (NMW) for Apprentices is £3.30 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old Apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other Apprentices the National Minimum Wage appropriate to their age applies.
