  • Lymefield is looking at recruiting a part time Butcher for their Farm Shop, who is passionate about customer services.
  • The Butcher would require traditional skills and experience in the preparation and display of traditional and kitchen ready cuts.
  • The successful applicant will be dealing with customer orders and the processing of them.
  • Preparing the meats for sale, general cleaning duties to keep surfaces and the premises clean, stock control and creating displays.
