Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year.
The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over.
Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
Mon to Fri - 9am to 6pm – 40 hours a week

Intermediate Level Apprenticeship
The main element of this role is the business administration of the online marketing of the company. This role would ideally suit someone with a flair for creative design and has a genuine interest in all aspect of IT and website development. If you have had an inquisitive mind and always wanted to know how to create and rank a success website then this opportunity will be for you. You will be fully trained and mentored by an experienced developer. Areas covered will include website design, creation and maintenance, load balancing, graphic design, content planning and creation, link building, social media profile design, creation, interaction and maintenance, email scripting, SERP monitoring.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Marketing Business Administration
- Website Design and Maintenance
- Website content development
- Social media profile development and maintenance including Facebook and Twitter
- Server and hosting monitoring and tuning
- All aspects of SEO including onsite and offsite search engine optimisation
