The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year.
Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year.
The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over.
Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
Total hours per week: 37.50

Libero Net are a forward thinking digital agency who have an unique approach to web design & development to produce beautifully useable, clever website or application.
They are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and forward thinking candidate to join there fast growing agency. The successful candidate will be joining a already strong team and you will be developing high quality websites, applications and ecommerce solutions for new clients as well as further developing the websites and applications of current clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Knowledge or experience of HTML & CSS and/or PHP
- Previous examples of any web projects in the past (personal blogs etc)
- Design software experience, knowledge of Adobe suite programmes (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Requirements and prospects
- Excellent writing skills
- Good knowledge of how websites work
- Passion to constantly learn & improve your skills
- Willing to read & study outside work hours to expand your knowledge
- Analytical & problem solving skills
- Desire for a career in Web Development
- Knowledge or experience of SEO, Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Previous writing experience/examples of writing (any type)
- Graphic design experience, knowledge of Adobe suite programmes (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)

Learners will receive eleven weeks of intensive training. Whilst in the workplace, apprentices will also receive continual assessment, and help and guidance from a dedicated trainer who will be there to ensure that they get the most from their work experience.

Level 3 Diploma in Professional
Competence for IT and Telecoms Professionals
BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in ICT Systems and Principles
