Things to consider
This is a physically demanding role, and you will be expected to work shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Shifts to include:
- Tuesday - Saturday 1000-1500 and 1800 to 2200
- Sundays 1000-1800
- 2 days off per week

Owners Sandra & Danny Jimminson were trained at the Savoy Hotel in London and after gaining further experience working in Switzerland, France and other high profile London restaurants, decided to settle close to where Danny grew up on the border of Nottinghamshire & Leicestershire.

We pride ourselves in sourcing some of the finest local ingredients from Loughborough and the surrounding areas. Everything is made in house from ice creams and sorbets to the butter we serve with our daily baked bread selection.
