What you will do in your working day

  • Receive and forward calls from customers effectively and efficiently
  • Take information from customers via phone, email or sales portal
  • Process orders using our integrated Management Information System (MIS)
  • Check orders and the accuracy of information prior to the customer receiving it
  • Identify product from our range
  • Preparing customer shipments for despatch where they have specific or bespoke requirements
  • Liaise with our 2 UK branches regarding any of the above

  • Assessor will visit apprentice at Rolman World every 4 to 6 weeks

Things to consider

We are based at 23-24 Regal Road, Wisbech, PE13 2RQ so the apprentice would need to be able to get to this location. Whilst our offices are generally easily accessible, we do have a mezzanine floor which may need to be accessed. We have limited food preparation area and no canteen, so the apprentice would need to bring their own prepared lunch or go out to find lunch.
