You will be working in our internal recruitment function and you will be a key contributor to the success of the company. You will be responsible for supporting our Recruitment Consultants with the day-to-day recruitment administration.

What you will do in your working day

  • Setting up and maintaining job pages on relevant websites such as social media & job boards
  • Scheduling telephone interviews
  • Support with resourcing suitable candidates for open roles
  • Coordinating phone, onsite and video interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency whilst delivering a first-class candidate experience.
  • Be proactive and committed to building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and hiring teams, to instill trust and confidence and ensure a positive experience through the full recruitment process
  • Monitor the recruitment inbox
  • Preparing packs and equipment for any tests as part of the selection process
  • Assist with the production and formatting of job descriptions
  • Providing reports on recruitment activity where needed
  • Other duties included 

The training you will be getting

  • Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard 
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • The programme will culminate in an End Point Assessment, where all the skills and knowledge gained on the apprenticeship will be formally tested with Juniper Training 
  • The training schedule has yet to be agreed upon, further details will be made available at a later date

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

The possibility of a full-time role within the organisation pending completion of all necessary and relevant qualifications may be available at the end of your Apprenticeship.
