This is a thriving market town butchers shop currently run by the owner who works full time and has over 40 years experience in the butchery trade and an excellent reputation. Alongside him there is a butchery assistant who started as an apprentice and has quickly gained excellent skills and is continuing to improve and take on more responsibility within the business. The shop is busy and can be fast paced, particularly at busy times, such as public holidays and especially Christmas. We pride ourselves on the superb quality of the meat prepared and sod in the shop and our excellent customer service. We are family run and a friendly team with good working relationships.

After this apprenticeship

We are looking to recruit someone who will continue their development with us in a full-time role at the end of the apprenticeship.
