What you will do in your working day

  • Payroll Processing: Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Data Entry: Enter and update employee information in payroll systems, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records
  • Documentation: Assist in the preparation and distribution of payslips, tax forms, and other payroll-related documents.
  • Query Resolution: Respond to payroll-related queries from employees, providing clear and accurate information in a timely manner
  • Compliance: Help ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies, including tax filings and pension contributions
  • Reporting: Assist in generating payroll reports and summaries for management review
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll information and employee data
  • Support: Provide general administrative support to the payroll team, including filing, photocopying, and organising documents
