    Office Based, Office Hours 9am to 5PM, Monday to Friday. With great benefits such as 25 days annual leave (plus Bank Holidays) and full onsite training. Please note you will be employed by an agent of NFU Mutual and not by NFU Mutual directly.

What you will do in your working day

In this office-based role you will be:
·       Speaking to customers to resolve queries, provide quotations and discuss our range of products and services.
·       Responding to customer calls and emails professionally and promptly.
·       Processing and dispatching documents to a high standard.
·       Working with Account Execs, completing administrative tasks as required.

The training you will be getting

Full product training will be provided.

You will receive a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 qualification

Training will be one day per week.
