Summary
Learning and Development apprentice role for an internationally recognised market leader in fine art logistics. An opportunity to take a leading role in our digital learning offering and collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop programmes to build the knowledge, skills and behaviours aligned to our business success.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
The candidate will complete an apprenticeship within the agreed
subject for the vacancy. This may include a BTEC
Diploma/Standard and End Point Assessment. It may also
include Functional Skills in maths and English.
The apprentice will achieve a Level 3 Learning and Development Practioner Apprenticeship Standard.
Full induction given including face to face and digital sessions plus chce to visit and gain experience of operational sites. 22 mandatory CPD approved courses delivered through our digital learning platform each year and access to additional digital learning. Opportunity to attend learning, HR and technology conferences.

Other requirements
This is an on site role based at our head office in Park Royal, NW10. There maybe occasional requirement to travel to one of our offices in Wimbledon SW19. Both offices are served by good transport links.
