What you will do in your working day

  • Accounts administrative support and clerical assistance
  • To process invoices with our supply chain and deal with queries and pricing disputes
  • Distribute invoicing and costs to the relevant department and manager
  • Deal with business expenses
  • Assist the finance manager in keeping company accounts up to date
  • Carry out basic office health and safety checks advised by our H&S consultants
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise own workload effectively
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Assist in all aspects of document flow through the business

The training you will be getting

  • Level 3 Business Administration qualification after successful completion of the apprenticeship
  • 6 Hours per week for training
  • Zoom / Team meetings with your assigned apprenticeship trainer
  • Remote learning via a system called OneFile
