What you will do in your working day

  • Researching potential customers to drive new business
  • New business development which consists of inbound and outbound calls and email marketing
  • Achieving Key Performance Indicators, call targets and revenue targets
  • Account management; project-based work, regular customer contact, managing timescales and understanding strategy
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills
  • Uphold high standards of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

  • Teaching and learning the skills, knowledge and behaviours to be a competent Sales Executive
