What you will do in your working day

The Apprentice Business Coordinator role links the production and customer elements of The Racing Partnership channel, supporting the distribution of running orders internally and externally as well as coordinating and reporting on all Voice-over roles as well as assisting with customer communication and technical matters. You will work in their busy Head office environment alongside undertaking a fully funded apprenticeship qualification in Business Administration with added Racing knowledge.

Key duties of your role will include;

  • Collating and distributing race times for channel material
  • Creating Voice-over rosters
  • Approval and notification of freelance invoices
  • Booking of race feeds
  • Administration of communications with customers

The training you will be getting

You will be working to the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship, and will be given added training by Haddon Training on the Racing industry also.

All training will be provided on site during your paid working hours. Your day to day mentoring will be with your employer, and a combination of online and in person monthly sessions will be held with your Haddon Training Trainer Coach.
