What you will do in your working day

Answering Telephone

Some of your day to day duties will include:

  • Logging tickets
  • Resolving level 1 tickets
  • Laptop / Desktop Builds for customers

The training you will be getting

  • IT Solutions Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard qualification
  • Onsite with employer, remote & classroom-based learning at Basingstoke ITEC
  • All training is weekly and monthly
  • Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
