Summary

Cherry Tree Kennels is an animal boarding and day care facility for dogs, cats and other small animals. We are looking for an enthusiastic, animal loving apprentice to join the team to help support with the day to day running of the kennels. You will be walking dogs, washing animals, plus much more.

Annual wage
£10,649.60 a year

Hours
4 days on 4 days off Monday - Sunday rotating basis (Shift work). 7.30am -3.30pm or 11.30am to 7.30pm. Exact shifts to be confirmed.

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

  • Animal Care and Welfare Assistant level 2 apprenticeship qualification provided through Haddon Training.
  • Level 1 or 2 Maths and/ or English training for Functional Skills also provided, if required.
