What you will do in your working day

  • Providing systems support for the users of our case management systems in Adults Services and Children’s Services though our helpdesk and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Gain experience of working in a Systems support environment while developing a wide range of business administration skills
  •  gain experience in providing project and administrative support, while assisting on specific projects and taking on responsibility for other areas of Systems and Information work.

  • Level 3 Business Administration qualification
  • Training devlivered by Stockton Learning and Skills
  • One day a week

There is also the potential for you to secure long term employment with the Council upon completion of your qualification, and the ability to also apply for internal vacancies restricted to employees throughout your apprenticeship.
