What you will do in your working day

Daily Activities:
Morning Briefing: Start your day with a team meeting to discuss the day's priorities, ongoing projects, and new job vacancies.
Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and our internal database to find and engage potential candidates.
Screening Calls: Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' suitability for open roles.
Administrative Tasks: Update candidate records, manage emails, and assist with scheduling interviews and meetings.
Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide updates on the recruitment process.
Weekly Activities:
Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
Interview Coordination: Organize and confirm interview schedules for candidates and hiring managers.
Database Management: Ensure the candidate database is up-to-date with accurate information and notes.
Team Collaboration: Participate in strategy sessions with the recruitment team to brainstorm and implement new sourcing strategies.
Professional Development: Attend training sessions and workshops to build your skills in recruitment and business administration.
Special Projects:
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends to help improve our recruitment processes and strategies.
