Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Full Training with Hospitality Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship - with mentor, employer guidance, expert chef training with Skern Training and Skills.
English and maths Functional skills (if required) to work towards a Level 2 in both subjects (Eng/Maths A*-C or Level 2 F/S).
Blended on/off the job training and face to face observations and reviews.

After this apprenticeship
Once your apprenticeship is completed, there is a full time role available and you could become a senior member of the team progressing onto a Production Chef Level 3 or Sous Chef. To start as soon as possible.
