What you will do in your working day

Typical day to day duties include: 

  • Processing university applications
  • Updating and maintaining applicant records
  • Handling telephone inquiries and managing email correspondence
  • Updating and maintaining a CRM system
  • Will be expected to handle sensitive personal information.
  • Assisting the in marketing, helping to update social media pages
  • Helping to maintain office cleanliness and management of supplies

The training you will be getting

You will work towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship and will attend National Business College one day per fortnight.

Functional skills in maths and English (if required).

To develop skills and move onto level 3.
