What you will do in your working day

  • Inputting bookings into a system
  • Dealing with customer on telephone and face to face
  • Emailing suppliers and dealing with shipping customer services
  • Working with customers to resolve any issues
  • Answer and find solutions to complaints
  • Give advice to other service providers
  • General administration, to include emails, market research and Word/Excel packages

  • All training will be on the job, and support will be in place via Juniper Skills coaches
