Summary
You will provide information and guidance to staff and managers on a range of HR topics e.g. staff management policies including annual leave, attendance management, performance management etc. You will also provide HR support at interviews and attend meetings to provide general administrative support as required.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- The apprentice will be working towards the HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.
- This apprenticeship is supported by the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice.
- Monthly classroom attendance in Norwich.

Our Lenwade Head Office is two storey building with no lift. After this apprenticeship
